The Apple MacBook Pro 15-inch is one of two MacBook Pro options (Apple MacBook Pro 15-inch, Apple MacBook Pro 17-inch) released in April 2010. They are both carved from a single block of aluminum (unibody) and host a 'new' energy-efficient architecture that delivers up to 10 hours of battery life per a single charge.

Featured on the 15” is an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and up to a 500GB SATA HDD. One of its most touted features is a discrete Nvidia GeForce GT 330M processor that can be turned off (switch to integrated Intel HD graphics) on a whim to save battery life.
